Fixed games ; Do they happen?

Do games get thrown or do points get shaved on a daily basis ? The answer is yes, they do fix games up sometimes with a couple blows of the whistle . There have been many occasions where I have witnessed it many times during my tenure as a professional gambler . For example , there is always what we call in basketball the " foul game ." Which , is when constant fouls are called to keep a game close when a team is down toward the end of the game . Almost Every-time there is a foul when a team  is losing they try to catch them to win the game . Since , that's what we play for is to win . Right ? I watch millions of games everyday and when you see something out of the ordinary I tend to notice . This game was a spread of -4 with the team I had wagered on was giving the -4 points . The opposition didn't foul after the team had missed a Free throw with a whole FOUR SECONDS left on the clock . This is an example of a major fix !  They happen and happen often . A little while back a Florida Gator basketball player was in the locker room and was caught by a cameraman asking if " we covered ."  The players know the spreads . Don't be fooled . Will they throw a complete game , no mostly it's point shaving that I have witnessed first hand and up close ,but who really knows if complete games are being fixed .
